The French house Loeul et Piriot was created by two families that decided to connect their forces on 1983, after many years of specialization in rabbit slaughtering.
Today, Loeul et Piriot offers a large variety of products, from rabbit but also goat meat. With installations in strategic places for rabbit breeding (Thouars, Lignol, Pouzauges, Crépol), the company innovates in different domains such as the inscription of the breeder in every product.
On 2005, LEP represents the 40% of controlled slaughterhouses with production capacity of 300.000 rabbits per week. In a particularly competitive market, the company succeeds in being in continuous evolution, making ameliorations so as to satisfy the ever increasing needs of its customers.
