Today LEP offers a wide range of rabbit products and also lamb. Its facilities being in strategic locations for rabbit breeding (Thouars, Lignol,Pouzauges, Crépol) the company is a pioneer in various sectors such as the indication of the origin of each breeder on every single product.

In 2005 LEP represented 40% of the controlled slaughterhouses with a production capacity of 300.000 rabbits per week. In a particularly competitive market, the company has managed to evolve incessantly applying improvements so as to satisfy the continuously increasing needs of its customers.
